How to Configure Outlook POP3

For Outlook 2003:

Goto Tools> Account Settings

For Outlook 2007:

Click on Office Icon in the top left corner > click account settings

For Outlook 2010:


Click on Office Icon in the top left corner > click account settings

For Outlook 2013:

Click on File > Add Account

Click on Manual setup and click Next








Select the account type and click Next





 fill in your data in all the fields as shown above and click More Settings

 



Click on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

now click on Next > Finish
