How to configure POP Email Account in Gmail

Login to your Gmail Account



Click on this button

Click Settings in the list

In the next screen select Accounts and Import 

Under the Accounts and Import tab you will find Check mail from other accounts

Click on

Now Enter your email address and click



In the next screen you enter your password

 

In POP Server field write your pop mail server

Check mark on to mark them as Your Private Account Emails and not to be mixed with other Gmail Messages.

Click on

In the next step you will be asked whether you want to send emails from this account also or not.

 

Click yes and press



In this screen click

In the SMTP Server field enter your SMTP server address



Change the port from to

Fill in Username field with your full email address and password field as your password.

Now click on

Your screen should look like this now:

 

Click on

In the next screen Enter the Verification Code that you have received in your private email account.

Contratulations! You have successfully configured your private email account on Gmail.
