Visit http://www.blogger.com
Sign in to blogger using your gmail account or create one if you don't have.
Once you are logged in you will see the screen like this:
Click on New Blog
A popup screen will appear like this:
Here in the image above "My First Blog" is the Title of your page which will be placed at the top of your blog.
Right below the title there is an "Address" field, in this field you have to select the Web Address(URL) of your choice without spaces and special characters(like: @ . / + = ( ) ). the first part of address is of your choice and the remaining part is always ".blogspot.com" which represents that this blog is powered by blogger/ blogspot. so in this way your full address becomes myfirstblogof2013.blogspot.com. it is necessary that your selected name is not already taken by someone else so selecting a simple name will be quiet difficult or otherwise you will see a red colored text below the address bar.
Now you have to select the template of your choice from the given list you can change your template later on and you can also create your own template but this will require some programming skills.
When you have made your selection of address you can click on "Create blog!" button
Once your blog has been created you will see it in the list of your blogs as shown below
Congratulations! you have just created your first blog.
Now you can start Posting by clicking on the Orange button with the Pencil Icon.
As you can see in the image above you have two fields 1 is for your post title and second one is for your post/article you can add images, links and also some html code.
once you are done with writing your article click on Publish button.
Your first post has just been published on your blog! you can click on view blog button to view your post available on the internet for everyone.
